    Dialga members own subsystems end to end. The same people design the mechanics, lay out the boards, write the firmware, tune the controllers and build the perception stack, then graduate out of NTNU, Norway’s largest engineering university. Sponsors get first look at them.

    Ligmax competed at Njord 2026, the Autonomous Ship Challenge in Trondheim. Your logo runs on the hull, in the pit, and through every photo, video and technical write-up we publish.

Dialga is not yet VAT-registered, so invoices are currently issued without VAT. Sponsorship is a deductible marketing cost for your company, not a donation.

Money is not the only way in.

A pallet of the right material or an afternoon of machine time can be worth more to us than the equivalent in cash, and it still earns the same recognition as a sponsorship at that value.

Transparency

Where sponsorship actually goes.

Sponsorship goes into hardware, fabrication and getting the machines to where they have to perform. The categories below are where the budget actually sits.

Dialga is a limited company with a non-profit purpose.

We are registered as a Norwegian limited company (AS), which means we can invoice you properly and your finance department can process it like any other supplier. It does not mean anyone can take money out.

Our articles of association prohibit the distribution of dividends, and specify that on dissolution any net assets pass to a similar student engineering purpose. Sponsorship cannot become anyone’s private income. Because we are a limited company, both the articles and our annual accounts are filed publicly at the Brønnøysund Register Centre; you do not have to take our word for any of this, you can check it.
